弊社社員のメールアカウントから送信された不審メールに関するお詫びとお知らせ

2026年11月4日（水）、お客様からのお問い合わせにより、弊社社員のメールアカウントから、弊社の意図しない不審なメールが送信されていたことが判明いたしました。メールを受信された皆様、ならびに関係者の皆様に、ご心配とご迷惑をお掛けしておりますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。
現時点で確認している事実と対応状況について、以下のとおりお知らせ致します。

1．確認されている不審メールについて
2026年11月3日（火・祝）13時前後に、弊社社員のメールアカウントから、社外の複数の宛先に不審なメールが送信されていたことを確認しております。当該メールには、本文中のURLをクリックするよう誘導する文章が記載されていました。また、過去のメール内容が引用され、その中に第三者に関する情報が含まれていたことを確認しております。

2．弊社の対応状況
当該アカウントの利用を停止し、原因調査および影響範囲の確認を進めております。不審メールの送信先として確認された皆様には、個別にお詫びをするとともに、対象メールの詳細と対応のお願いをご案内いたします。
現時点において、本件に起因する個人情報の不正利用等は確認されておりませんが、引き続き原因及び影響範囲の調査を進めております。

3．不審メールを受信された皆様へのお願い
今回の不審メールを受信された場合は、本文中のURL（引用部分を含みます）をクリックせず、添付ファイルを開かずに、当該メールを削除していただきますようお願い致します。対象メールの詳細については、個別にお送りするご案内をご確認ください。既にURLをクリックした場合や添付ファイルを開いた場合など、ご不明な点やご心配な点がございましたら、下記窓口までご連絡ください。

４．今後のお知らせ
引き続き原因及び影響範囲の調査を進めております。調査結果につきましては、弊社ホームページにてお知らせする予定です。新たな事実が判明した場合には、速やかにお知らせいたします。

Notice and Apology Regarding Suspicious Emails Sent from an Employee Email Account

On November 4, 2026, following an inquiry from one of our customers, we became aware that suspicious emails had been sent from one of our employee email accounts without our authorization.

We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this incident has caused to those who received the emails and all other parties concerned.
Below, we provide an update on the facts confirmed to date and the actions we are taking in response to the incident.

1. Details of the Suspicious Email
At around 1:00 p.m. (JST) on November 3, 2026, suspicious emails were sent from one of our employee email accounts to multiple external recipients.
The emails prompted recipients to click on a URL and also contained quoted content from previous email correspondence, including information relating to third parties.

2. Our Response to the Incident
We have suspended the affected email account and are currently investigating the cause of the incident and assessing the extent of its impact.
We will contact individuals identified as recipients of the suspicious emails directly to apologize and provide details of the relevant emails, along with instructions on the actions we ask them to take.

At this time, we have found no evidence of any unauthorized use of personal information resulting from this incident. 
We are continuing our investigation into the cause of the incident and the extent of its impact.

3. Precautions for Recipients of the Suspicious Emails
If you have received any of the suspicious emails, please do not click on any URLs or links contained in the email, including those in quoted messages. Please do not open any attachments and delete the email.
